Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the 17th congress of the United Russia party, calling on the party members to work on changes in the country towards a worthy future for its citizens.
"The irreversibility of achievements and changes is our readiness to respond to the global challenges, protect the Russian statehood, life and security of people from threats and shocks, create conditions for the growth and well-being of citizens," he explained.
