Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed documents that simplify the procedure of registration of citizens at their place of stay or residence.
"It is easier to do it now. There's no need to deal with all these issues in the system that provided these services earlier. It can be done at multi-functional centers instead of visiting different points, collecting different documents, standing in queues," Tass cites him as saying.
