Bidzina Ivanishvili does not have business interest or any goal to get benefit from these projects in Georgia, Irakli Karseladze, chairman of Supervisory Board of Co-Investment Fund has declared at the briefing held on Friday, Caucasus Business Week reports.
Karseladze notes, that Mr Bidzina Ivanishvili is ready to leave 8 projects in tourism sector at any stage of development, without any profit and commercial interests, if investors are ready to finish them. These projects are Panorama Tbilisi, – hotel at Freedom Square, hotel at Erekle II Square, hotel in Kote Apkhazi str, Hotel Sololaki, wellness – spa centre Magonilia, hotel in Ganmukhuri and Shekevetili as well.
He can leave Tabori project, if a new inventor is found with a better idea. Co-Investment Fund is ready to give land plot of 29 ha, acquired by auction in this week with the same conditions and in addition, land area of 10 ha will be granted to the investors.
Bidzina Ivanishvili is also ready to give land port of 3 ha, acquired at 2, 266, 500 GEL at the public auction and full architectural project of 2 million USD to the investor, who will take commitment on fulfillment of this object. Total investment cost of 8 projects amounts to 574 million USD, however 216 million GEL is already invested in the projects.
