Founder of the ruling Georgian Dream party Bidzina Ivanishvili can be nominated for the presidency, Georgian Minister of Justice Rati Bregadze said.
"If Ivanishvili decides to run for the presidency, I am sure that he will be the best president in the history of Georgia," Bregadze said.
