Third stage of the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku has just ended. American gymnast Jade Carey became winner in the women's vault exercises.
Second place was taken by legendary Uzbek gymnast Oksana Chusovitina, who competes with young athletes on equal terms at 43 years old. She received 14.7 points and 14.2 points for her first and second jumps respectively.
Bronze went to Mexican gymnast Alex Moreno with 14.233 and 14.266 points.
The FIG Artistic Gymnastics Individual Apparatus World Cup is being held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku and brings together the strongest gymnasts from 41 countries.
The competition is important for athletes who want to get to the Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2020. Qualifications were held during the first two days of the four-day competition
