Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland said today at the 31st session of the UN Council on Human Rights that all players should abide by the ceasefire agreement in Syria, but common standards of migration policy should be develop for long-term solutions to the refugee problem in Europe.
He also expressed hope that the fragile truce in Syria will continue and Syria's neighbors will support it, as well as Russia and the United States, who share the responsibility for global stability.
