The representative of the US and co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick has expressed condemnation in respect of the escalation of the conflict, which has been observed in recent days on the frontline in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He wrote about this on his account on Twitter.
"There is credible information that both parties have recently used mortars that led to casualties among the civilian population. Escalation isn’t a solution,’’ Warlick wrote.
