James Warlick: It is necessary to remove Nagorno-Karabakh from armed incidents

Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick of the United States has urged both parties of the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh to refrain from using weapons. 

"Armenia and Azerbaijan should refuse to use weapons, regardless of whether it is an act of aggression or retaliation,’’ Sputnik Azerbaijan cites his post on his Twitter page.
