James Warlick: Nagorno-Karabakh conflict needs new commitments

The US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, James Warlick, has offered to expedite the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with the help of new obligations. He made such a statement while speaking about the new co-chairs visit to the conflict zone in autumn (the date hasn't been determined yet). 

"New commitments should be introduced in order to settle the conflict in a peaceful way. They should be prepared at the highest level," APA cites Warlick.
