The US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick commented on the results of the meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, during which they discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"Excellent discussion with the Armenian Foreign Minister on the implementation of the Vienna Summit, including a proposal for an OSCE investigative mechanism," he wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with the Minsk Group co-chairs in Paris.
