James Warlick: solution to the conflict is de-occupation of Karabakh

The liberation of the occupied Azerbaijani territories and their return under the authority of Baku is necessary to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh problem, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick stated.
