James Warlick, co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group from the United States, has told a press conference in Yerevan that the point of the deployment of international peacekeepers in the conflict zone should be in the document on a comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
According to ArmInfo, Warlick noted that the people of Nagorno-Karabakh should have a free expression of popular will. The refugees and internally displaced persons should be returned after the de-occupation of Azerbaijani territories.
