The renowned French designer Jean-Paul Gaultier has announced his retirement from the runway after a 50-year career in the fashion industry.
The designer said his Paris show on January 22 will be his last. But he has told fans not to worry, because he will be turning his hand to other creative projects, the Guardian reported.
In 2018, Gaultier staged his own hit cabaret show, called Fashion Freak Show, which opened at the Folie Bergère in Paris.
