Jerusalem terror attack: 15 Israeli troops injured

A motorist slammed his car into a group of Israeli soldiers this morning, wounding 15 before fleeing the scene, the Israeli military said. 

Fifteen soldiers were injured, Jerusalem Post reported, adding that one of the injured in Jerusalem was seriously hurt.

It was noted that security forces found the suspect's vehicle in a driveway in Beit Jala, near Bethlehem.

The incident is being investigated as a terror attack, according to Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld. He said Israeli forces were searching for the assailant.
