US Secretary of State John Kerry will arrive in Moscow today to meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
It is expected that the main topic of the negotiations will be the Syrian issue.
"We count on a business conversation with the US Secretary of State," RIA Novosti cited the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry as saying.
