Turkey has fulfilled the most of the requirements for visa-free regime with the EU, but it must comply with all without exception, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said today in Luxembourg.
"Turkey must fulfill all 72 requirements for visa-free regime with the EU. Today they have fulfilled 69, maybe 70 requirements," Tass cites him as saying.
