European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said his visit to St. Petersburg doesn't mean that the European Union plans to change its position in respect of anti-Russian sanctions.
"My visit to St. Petersburg will have more economic, rather than political nature, and it doesn't mean that the EU announced any change in its position with regard to Russia,'' AFP cited him as saying.
He added that the anti-Russian sanctions will remain unchanged as long as the Minsk agreements are not fully implemented.
