The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kazbek Tatuyev, today accused the International Committee of the Red Cross of helping the families of terrorists instead of relatives of killed members of the security forces.
"They provided only a certain category of people with various financial and other assistance. They had a selective attitude towards the category of people who were on the other side. More attention was paid to leaders who are more actively opposed to the authorities, but ordinary citizens remained without attention,'' Tass quoted him as saying.
