Today, in the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria (KBR), Nalchik, a two-day gastronomic festival kicked off for the first time, Karina Orkvasova, a specialist at the Platform’s development institute who runs the festival said.
"This is the 1st food festival organized in the republic on the initiative of the Nalchik administration. Various cafes and restaurants of Nalchik and other cities take part in the event, guests from Zheleznovodsk, eminent cooks from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Ufa came to host master classes,” Orkvasova said, TASS reports.
