In 2018, the gross regional product of Kabardino-Balkaria may reach 181.4 billion rubles, acting Minister of Economic Development of the republic Temirkan Bazhdugov reported.
This is 19.7% higher than the level of 132 billion rubles that the regional authorities are planning to reach by the end of this year, which in turn exceeds last year's result by 3.3%.
According to the forecast, the volume of industrial production in the republic in 2018 will increase by 26% compared to its current level, the production of agricultural sector by 9%, construction by 22.5%, retail trade turnover by 21%, and paid services by 2.5%, Interfax reports.
