The acting head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, stated today that a number of countries will have to apologize to Russia for their behavior after the Syrian conflict is resolved.
"Soon the Syrian issue will end. It should end in the near future. Then Riyadh, Turkey and other countries will have to apologize for all the wrong they did to Russia. And the Europeans themselves, who participated in the sanctions," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
