The terrorists who were arrested on October 11th in Moscow on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack on public transport were seized by staff of the FSB and the Interior Ministry of Chechnya.
According to the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, the Interior Ministry of Chechnya provided their Moscow colleagues with all the necessary information.
