For many years, there have been no conflicts based on ethnic or religious hatred in Chechnya, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said at a seminar-meeting, the theme of which was the implementation of the strategy of state national policy until 2025.
"No conflicts on the basis of national and religious hatred have been registered in Chechnya for many years," TASS quoted him as saying.
Kadyrov assured that no one will be able to ignite "the fire of ethnic hatred" in Chechnya.
