Kadyrov: Daesh executed a Chechen

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has confirmed that Daesh (ISIS) captured a Chechen and executed him, according to a video. According to him, the executed person was in the ranks of the terrorists, but there is no official confirmation yet.

"I do not believe it. He was looking as if he had been framed. As if they had told him that they would release him after the video," Interfax cites Kadyrov.
