Together, Russia and the United States can easily put an end to terrorists in Iraq and Syria, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said, commenting on phone conversation between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
According to Chechen leader, their dialogue opens a new page in relations between Russia and the United States.
"The results of phone talks are of great importance not only for the two countries, but also for the fate of the entire world community," he wrote on his Instagram page.
