The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said the death penalty should be introduced for terrorists despite possible criticism from the West.
"Many countries imposed sanctions against us. The West and Europe don’t need a strong state. They need a state under their control. I am deeply convinced that, if it is necessary, the President will introduce a bill to the State Duma, and deputies will support it."
