Head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that he was observing for a long time a ‘harmful tendency to protect the rights and freedoms of a certain circle of people’, emerging in the Russian and foreign human rights communities, he wrote at his page in Instagram.
According to him, if a story can be used in the politics ‘’to cause an artificial resonance, then some human rights activists happily grab it’’, the head of the republic wrote.
‘’This is just a media-hype,’’ he said, adding that these ‘’human rights activists" do not care about social issues on the ground, people's lives, infrastructure development, education and health care.
