The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has published today on his Vkontakte page an appeal to the leaders of all the countries where Islam is the predominant religion to help Muslims suffering from conflicts in the Middle East.
"I urge the leaders of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and all other Muslim countries to protect our fellow believers,’’ he wrote.
