Lom-Ali Yahyayev, who previously headed the Accounts Chamber of the region, became Deputy Prime Minister on social development block. Isa Tumhadzhiev, who first worked as the first deputy chairman of the Chechen government, was appointed as the Chairman of the Accounting Chamber.
"Lom-Ali Yahyaev and Isa Tumhadzhiev are not new people in the team of the first President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia, Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov. They have proved themselves in a positive way long ago," - TASS quoted Kadyrov as saying.
