Acting head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has admitted that as a child, he dreamed of becoming a free man.
"At first I thought that I will become a businessman. No, I won't, everything is taken from him. I was little at the time. I always thought of becoming a free man. And if I was told that I am going to work, I would despise this man. To be a police officer, a civil servant, I did not understand it at all," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
