At the festival 'Voice of the Caucasus' in Simferopol, Ramzan Kadyrov has been awarded the medal of an 'Honorary Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Crimea'.
Kadyrov couldn’t attend the ceremony and the award was given to Chechnya's Minister for National Policy, Jambulat Umarov, Rosbalt reports.
