The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, congratulated Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on his 54th birthday.
“This is a great occasion to express gratitude for your attention to our republic, the problems of the revival and development of its economy and social sphere. Chechnya has been feeling your attention and real support for many years,” the region’s head wrote on his VK page.
