The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has created a new account on the Instagram social network, in which he will write in English, the website of the Chechen government reported.
"Dear friends, I want to tell you good news. Due to numerous requests of my foreign friends and subscribers, which I have quite a lot, I decided to create English version of my Instagram. So here it is - @kadyrov_95eng. Those who are interested can subscribe to it right now," TASS quoted Kadyrov as saying.
