Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov criticized head of the Communist Party of Russia Gennady Zyuganov, who spoke against burial of Vladimir Lenin's body. Kadyrov said that he doesn't take the opinion of Russian citizens into account.
Chechen leader cited statistic published by Superjob, according to which 81% of the "economically active population" want to bury Lenin.
According to Kadyrov, the desire to continue keep Vladimir Lenin's body at the Red Square is what causes split in the society.
He condemned Zyuganov's words that "people who live in the Caucasus say that we should disregard opinion of our fathers and grandfathers."
"We live in Russia, just like you. Stop separating the Caucasus from Russia and speculate on this topic," Kadyrov said.
