STSI has increased monitoring of roads in Chechnya in order to provide heightened road safety.
This statement was made by the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, at a meeting with Vahit Usmaev, the chief of the Chechen Security Council Secretary, as well as the head of the UGIBDD, Shamhani Denilhanov.
