The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed his condolences to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, relatives and friends of those who were killed and injured during the fire at the platform of the Guneshli field. The message was posted on his page on Instagram.
"Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, I express deep condolences to you and all the people of Azerbaijan! Let Almighty Allah have mercy on the killed!" the head of Chechnya wrote.
