The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov hopes that the Turkish leadership will bring to justice those responsible for the incident with the Russian Su-24 and pay the damage.
"We hope that the Turkish side will implement voiced intentions of readiness to solve the compensation problem and punish those, who are responsible. I am convinced that Russia has never set a goal to break off relations with Turkey without a reason’’, Kadyrov wrote on his page in the Instagram.
