Young citizens of Russia shouldn't participate in political rallies, head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said.
He argued that it's not safe, it deprives children of their childhood, and also imposes political views of their parents on them.
He also added that he took his sons to the rally only once, and it was a religious rally.
