Kadyrov saves horse from meat-processing plant

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov has saved a horse in the Penza region.

It is known an ordinary resident of the Penza region requested Kadyrov to help. According to him, a sick horse became useless. After receiving the request the head of Chechnya ordered to save the animal from a 'meat-processing plant' and deliver the animal to the Caucasus.
