The Islamic State terrorist organisation will never penetrate into Chechnya, the head of the North Caucasus republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, said.
"I want to assure you that these shaitans have nothing to hope for and the Chechen Republic will never have their bases, branches or even smell," TASS cited him as saying.
"Their organised groups will never come here and if they risk doing so, this will be the last thing they do in their lives," Kadyrov promised.
