Kadyrov welcomes adoption of law on sacred texts by State Duma

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has welcomed the adoption of the law by the State Duma, according to which sacred texts will be outside the jurisdiction of Russia. 

"The new law will promote serious public health improvement, strengthening of mutual understanding between religions and faiths,’’ Gazeta.ru cites his post on Instagram.
