Karachay-Cherkessia Head Rashid Temrezov and Governor of the Orlov Oblast Vadim Potomsky have signed a deal in Cherkessk to cooperate in commerce, economy, science, social and humanitarian sectors, Interfax reports.
Orlov businessmen plan to invest in tourism, industry, agriculture, mining, processing of resources and drinking water in Karachay-Cherkessia.
