Karachay-Cherkessia has improved the business conditions in the country with the help of the best practices of the National State Rating of the investment climate in the Russian regions, the head of the republic, Rashid Temrezov, said at a meeting of the State Council presidium in Yaroslavl.
"Using the best practices of the national rankings, we were able to ensure a reduction of time for obtaining the building permits by 33 days, the connection to electricity and registering property rights by four days. We reviewed the mechanisms of supporting investors in the region and launched a new investportal,’’ TASS quotes him as saying.
