Russia's decision to withdraw the Russian Air Forces from Syria creates good conditions for the peace process in the country, the Speaker of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, said.
"The Kremlin's decision on the withdrawal of aircraft and the cessation of hostilities in Syria creates good conditions for a real truce and the peace process," he wrote on his Twitter account.
Recall, yesterday Russia's President Vladimir Putin ordered the Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu to begin withdrawal of the Russian Air Forces from Syria starting from March 15, since the tasks set for the defense ministry have generally been fulfilled.
