Nurlan Nigmatulin, Speaker of lower house of Kazakh parliament, had a heart surgery, AKIpress reported citing Kazakh media.
"Three weeks ago Nigmatulin had successful heart surgery. Now Nigmatulin's rehabilitation is on track," Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
Nigmatulin was a no-show at several Mazhilis meetings.
