During a telephone conversation President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that the situation in the country is stabilizing, the press service of the head of Kazakhstan reports.
"The head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
