The head of the secretariat of the committee on the agricultural complex of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, Rustem Kurmanov, has denied information about a possible introduction of quotas on imports of goods from Russia into Kazakhstan.
"Actually, this is the first time I have heard about it. This is probably distorted information," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
The agrarian reminded that restrictions may be imposed only in the case of violation of the requirements of technical regulations, but even in this case, they can only be applied to a specific manufacturer.
