Kazakhstan's central bank chairman, Daniyar Akishev, said he expected no significant changes in the tenge exchange rate this year.
"The situation right now is favourable both on the external and domestic markets," he told an online Q&A session.
"I see 2018 as calm and carrying no risks for Kazakhstan's economy," Reuters cited Akishev as saying.
