The ground troops of Kazakhstan are holding command and staff drills in the east, west and south of the country, the country’s Defense Ministry said.
As much as 1500 soldiers and more than 200 units of military equipment take part in the drills.
The drills are aimed to strengthen the capabilities of the military forces, bring them to the highest level of combat readiness, as well as prepare for handling possible crisis, Trend reports.
