Erlan Khairov has been appointed Kazakhstan's Vice Minister of Investments and Development, the ministry's spokesman Kaysar Zhumabayuly wrote on his Facebook page May 4th.
Khairov was serving as the chairman of Investment Committee of Kazakhstan's Investments and Development Ministry.
